For Jeff Montsma, teamwork is the key to offering our members value-added service. Jeff is the Director of Member Services for Saputo. He supervises the field staff and works with the staff in Saputo’s labs, communications department, and patron department to offer dairy producers the best service.

Jeff creates and implements service programs to improve the profitability of dairy producers in the areas of price risk management, milk component production and quality. He supervises all the field representatives as well as the milk haulers.

Jeff enjoys working as a team with Saputo dairy producers. Jeff informs the producers about all the different programs and services offered by Saputo.

He started with the business in 1995 as a field representative then served as a Member Service Specialist before his promotion to Supervisor and then Director. Jeff holds a BS degree in dairy science from UW-River Falls.

Jeff calls on farms in parts of Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington and Ozaukee Counties.

Jeff is an active member of the Fond du Lac Agri Business Council serving on the Board of Directors. He is also involved with the DBA membership and PDPW educational committees. Jeff enjoys time with his daughter, volleyball, golf and hunting.
